As required by this category, it is equipped with showers (4 showers), sanitary facilities (4 toilets) and one toilet adapted for people with reduced mobility, sinks (4), and electricity at the pitches. Electric vehicle charging stations are located in the public car park adjacent to the overnight area. Inside the premises there is a picnic area, and the site will offer WiFi service. In addition, an external laundry service is located just 200 meters away. The area is situated very close to the Arguedas Caves, about 200 meters away, and will feature a recreational and garden area providing access to the caves (currently under development).
